Each license runs one server at a time. To move a paid license to a new server, release it here, then paste the same key into that server’s License page. Free trials are locked to their server and can’t be moved.

How billing works. Paid plans are subscriptions: you’re charged automatically every month until you cancel. Cancelling keeps your server running until the period you already paid for ends, and you won’t be charged again. All sales are final.

Cancel any active subscriptions first (Billing tab). Then request deletion here — we’ll confirm by ticket and remove your account data.

DU Panel is management software only — we host no streams and are not responsible for content on your panel.
